On August 26th, FLY to Youth members met at Lynbrook High for a mask donation. They were greeted by a staff member and welcomed into the office. They then presented the staff member with the masks as well as the posters and took a few pictures. Thank you for all the people that made this donation possible including the student volunteers and Lynbrook staff members.

On August 19th, FLY to Youth members donated hand made masks to the staff at Monta Vista High. After meeting some staff members, the volunteers presented the staff with posters and the masks. We would like to thank those that made this possible in the Monta Vista administration as well as the volunteers that made the posters and masks.
On the morning of August 14th, FLY to Youth arrived at Cupertino High School to donate hand made masks to the Cupertino Staff. After arriving at the school, the members presented the masks to the staff members with their masks and posters then received a few pictures with the staff wearing the custom made masks. We would like to thank the Cupertino Staff for all the hard work that they have done as well as the volunteers that helped us make this donation possible.
On August 10th, the FLY to Youth executive team and Saratoga High School students personally donated over 100 masks to the staff at Saratoga. The team was greeted by Mr. Torrens, and presented him with the masks as well as posters. We really appreciate the volunteers and sponsors who helped us make this donation possible!
To keep the elderly safe from COVID-19 in their senior home, members of FLY to Youth allocated time to produce PPE supplies for the seniors and caretakers of the Villa Fontania Senior Center. On June 20th, the members of FLY to Youth arrived at the Senior Center to donate different essentials.
On June 11th, FLY to Youth donated PPE supplies to its local Police Department to thank their police officers for keeping their community safe and for all the hard work they have done.
On Mother’s Day, FLY to Youth organized another donation for doctors and nurses at the Santa Clara Kaiser Permanente. Members of FLY to Youth arrived in from of the hospital with a handful of colorful balloons to donate an assortment of flowers, food, and drinks to the hardworking doctors and nurses at the hospital. Even though these weren’t PPE supplies, its important to remember that these Doctors and Nurses are spending their Mother’s Day in the hospital protecting our community rather than at home with their families.
The members of FLY to Youth spent hours creating and producing a large number of masks, visors and gloves. These essentials were donated to the Kaiser Permanente hospital located in San Jose. On the morning of April 24th, Fly to Youth was greeted by the doctors and nurses of Kaiser Permanente Hospital and donated a total of 3,650 masks, 679 visors, and 2,200 gloves.
